Display metrics only at appointed intervals

We would like for metrics to only be displayed in the meeting at the appropriate intervals.

For instance, if the metric has an interval of two weeks and has been checked by the secretary last week, then it will not be displayed this week.

We would like to have the same behaviour under the personal 'My checklists' button. Now it is pretty hard to know what checklists you need to work on for next meeting.
