Application form to energize roles
As a member it would be handy to have an option to apply for an assignment to a role I would like to energize. The application should notify the lead link responsible for the assignment and allow him to dismiss/approve the application.

Liking alot! In my mind it needs another adjustment to work; there needs to be an open "marketplace" with roles people can apply for, so I suggest to modify Retos idea to add a flag to roles "open for applicants" plus creating a view/search for all "open roles" so our employees can search for roles the lead links is looking for people to energize it

Hi Reto, we've just released this feature. See "My roles > Unassigned roles". You now have an action to "apply for the role". It will generate an action for the Leal Link (to consider the application) + email notification.
