How to enable / disable a test mode (enable / disable email notification for all members)

This article concerns owners only (the user who created the organization).

You can initiate or prepare your organization without email notifications to all members.

To enable the test mode, 

  • Click on Your avatar in the top navigation bar
  • Click on Admin
  • Click on Enable the test mode
  • Click on Save


When the test mode is enabled: 

  • Owner and administrators will receive email notifications when closing a meeting or for roles assignation
  • Members don't receive emails untill you upgrade their status as administrator or unless you disable the test mode

To onboard a member to join your test, 

  • Create this new member as an administrator or upgrade the status of the member
  • Click on Resend email invitation

Your new member will be part of the test and will receive email notifications.
