This article concerns owners only (the user who created the organization).
You can initiate or prepare your organization without email notifications to all members.
To enable the test mode,
- Click on Your avatar in the top navigation bar
- Click on Admin
- Click on Enable the test mode
- Click on Save
When the test mode is enabled:
- Owner and administrators will receive email notifications when closing a meeting or for roles assignation
- Members don't receive emails untill you upgrade their status as administrator or unless you disable the test mode
To onboard a member to join your test,
- Create this new member as an administrator or upgrade the status of the member
- Click on Resend email invitation
Your new member will be part of the test and will receive email notifications.
