Inviting members to your organization

Only administrators can invite new members in the organization.

To invite new members: 

  • Click on the Members section in the left-hand navigation menu
  • Click on Add a member
  • Choose Member or Inactive member. Inactive member can only be assigned to roles. They cannot use the functions of holaSpirit.
  • Fill in the First name and Name fields
  • For members, fill in the Email field and click on the Admin box if you wish to give administrator privileges to the invited member. The member will receive an email to activate his account only if the test mode is not activated.
  • For inactive members, fill in the Email field if you want to give an access to the invited member.  
  • Click on Save

 

Need to send a new invitation?

To send a new invitation to a member, click on the icon Send a new invitation
