Create, modify or remove a Policy

The creation or modification of a Policy can only be done via the Governance Process of the Circle. The following actions are executed by the Secretary of the meeting on behalf of the member who brought the tension.

  • Join a Governance Meeting
  • Add a tension on the agenda
  • Then, when it is your tension’s turn to be discussed, follow these indications:

 

Modify or Remove a Policy

  • Select a Policy from the Policy menu
  • The Policy is displayed
  • Make the desired changes or check the box Remove this Policy in order to remove it
  • If there are no objections to the proposal, confirm the proposal by clicking on the icon Confirm

The Policy is then modified or removed.

 

Create a Policy

  • Click on New in the Policy menu
  • Complete the name, description and domain on which the Policy applies. It can be the domain of a Role, or it can be all of the Circle’s domain.
  • If there are no objections to the proposal, confirm the proposal by clicking on the icon Confirm

The Policy is then created.
